Time is not a renewable resource
Why we charge for outcomes, not hours — and protect yours like we protect ours.
The most expensive thing in any project isn’t the engineers, the infrastructure, or the licensing. It’s the time spent doing the wrong work attentively.
We don’t bill hours because the hourly model rewards exactly that — the slow, careful production of the thing that shouldn’t have been made. We’d rather charge for an outcome, ship it in a week, and disappear than charge for three months of motion.
The same logic applies in reverse: we won’t take your time for things that should be a paragraph in a doc.
What this looks like in practice
Placeholder — replace with concrete examples: how we scope, what we refuse to do, what a typical week of working with us looks like.
